These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern the contractual relations between the company ZOOPIZ and its customers,

in the context of the sale of products and services available on the website.

Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions aim to define the terms of sale of the products and services offered by ZOOPIZ via its website.

They apply to all orders placed on the site by consumers or professionals.

2. Products and Services

The products and services offered are those listed on the ZOOPIZ website.

These are described and presented with the greatest possible precision.

3. Price

Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included. They include the VAT applicable on the day of the order.

ZOOPIZ reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time the order is validated.

4. Order

Validation of the order implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. After placing an order,

You will receive a confirmation email summarizing the order details.

5. Payment

Payment for orders can be made by credit card, or any other means indicated on the site.

Full payment must be received before shipment of products.

6. Delivery

The products are delivered to the address indicated when ordering.

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only. ZOOPIZ cannot be held responsible for any delays due to events beyond its control.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with legal provisions, the customer has 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal from receipt of the product.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Guarantees

All products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.

9. Liability

ZOOPIZ cannot be held responsible for any indirect damages that may arise from the purchase of the products.

10. Personal data

The information collected is necessary for processing orders.

They are strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except within the legal framework.

11. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution.

Failing this, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the registered office of ZOOPIZ , unless otherwise provided by law.
